Function replaceFiles

Replace certain files to support an Angular based web extension.

replaceFiles(tree, options, root): void
Parameters
- tree: Tree
  The file tree to modify.
- options: NormalizedSchema
  Options normalized by normalizeOptions()
- root: string
  The root directory of the project.
Returns void
